Nobody Runs For Fun

Life experiences has taught me alot of things. For example, No one can remember anything good that happened in Kindergarten. That person you like will always walk in during the bad conversations that can easily be taken out of context, and most importantly nobody runs for fun. After Kindergarten at least (when we learn that running into walls and doors hurts). Sure running is one of the best form of exercise, and ultimately good for you, and not much is required for you to get started, just time and willpower, but who finds it fun? Even though nobody runs for fun you can still enjoy it by knowing that your running is helping benefit someone who really needs help. Saturday Novemeber 31, is the annual St. Jude Marathon in Memphis, TN. Its not too late to join, you can go to the St. Jude website and see if you can register. If you are like me, running is no where near fun that you would want to pay to do it, you can donate, and just give support. Below is a link for you to do it. Black Friday is a holiday of tradition

Black Friday is truly something every year. Its the golden gateway to the Holiday Season, and the reason to shop at retail. Spring Cleaning in November
